This is a good opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad Management Accountant role within a large manufacturing business going through a period of growth and change.

The business has continued to grow over the last few years and, with plenty happening across the wider finance function and operations, they’re looking for someone who wants to get involved, improve processes and add real value rather than just produce numbers.

You’ll be joining an established finance team with support from experienced senior management, alongside genuine opportunities for progression and development as the business continues to evolve.

What the role will involve:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Business partnering with operational teams
• Assisting with process improvements and systems development
• Supporting year-end and audit requirements
• Ad hoc analysis and project work linked to ongoing business change

What they’re looking for:

• Previous experience within a Management Accounts role
• Ideally studying ACCA/CIMA or looking to continue studies
• Manufacturing experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to get involved across the wider business
